First let me offer an alternative to our need for Calcium.

Amaranth which contains twice as much calcium than milk!
Thought I'd share QUINOA - An ancient protein/iron rich grain.

Are you always congested? Joint problems? Aside from the fact that cows are hybrids, not a natural animal and therefore its milk is very allergenic to us humans, it is loaded with cancer causing junk!

Here is information those who stand to gain from your daily milk consumption do not want you to know!
